The integrated enclosed type of plate and tube laser cutting machine is designed for the dual function of metal sheet & tube processing at one time. It has an automatic blanking function system without human intervention during the process. The fully enclosed can protect the workshop environment, reduces laser radiation, avoids the amount of dust and residue produced by laser machines. This multi-purpose machine can cut the lines and holes for different diameters and directions on the pipes & metal sheets and finished products can be collected from the front material collector tray. It is suitable for cutting the materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, etc.

- Equipped with a fiber laser head with an auto-focusing system which is suitable for various focal lengths without manual adjustments. It is fast and accurate with stable perforation, recognizes the marking, coordinates precisely, and reliably processing the metal sheet or tube cutting function. It can achieve a complex figure, smooth edge finish, without further deburring treatment.
- The plate and tube laser cutting machine has a pneumatic chuck clamping to grip the material tightly according to the diameter, and wall thickness of various tubes types such as square, round, oval, flat, triangular, L-shaped & I-beam. It adjusts automatically, achieves effective positioning accuracy, ensures the stability and reliability of the clamping force.
- Using the nesting software is a type of CAM software for effective placement of multiple shapes in material surface, to draw graphics or text, and prepare parts for cutting by applying various cutting parameters. It maximizes plate utilization, reduces material wastes, lowers the cost, and delivers the best overall functions.
