Functions & Features
- The automatic pneumatic chunk is clamping the material with high accuracy, low failure rate, and no manual adjustment saves more time. Then chunk rotates through the servo motor and the adjusted back and forth movement is achieved through the servo motor gear rack to ensure the stability, accurate positioning and stays easy in operation.
- High hardness bearing chuck can clamp the materials of different types tightly such as square, round, oval, flat, triangular, L-shaped, and I-beam.
- The auto-focusing laser head moves up and down through the capacitive sensor so, the distance between laser focal length and cutting plates remains unchanged during the operation on curvy lightweight materials. Also, the quality of specific cutting processes is guaranteed.
- The nesting software involves the process of laying out the cutting patterns for laser cutting at the lowest material waste. It helps to closely place the design element & allows to verify the measurements of the material from all angles with a user-friendly interface that reduces the chances of mistakes during the placement of multiple different size parts on one sheet.
