Integrated with the latest independent pipe cutting numerical control system controls and support all type of tubes & chucks. This fiber laser is assisting for edge to edge, opening, contour cutting operations on round tubes, square tubes, ‘U’ shape tubes, ‘I’ shape tubes, & special profile tubes, etc. It offers a cleaner edge & perfect surface finish, easier to work with, less fur on workpieces with highest accuracy & precision.

Functions & Features
- The semi-auto loading system permitted to load the raw material maximum 800Kg at tube carrier or forklift in a single time. It can auto adjust the material in the chuck and clamps stably depending upon the preset cutting program. The unloading and tail tube processing functions are automatic.
- By using the nesting software we can nest fast and can distribute drawings to cut by the laser tube cutting machine semi automatic in an effective manner, it reduces the risk of laser head collision, handles input & output devices, and helps to achieve zero error. It ensures high stability, real-time performance, strong scalability, ultra-fast and precise.
- Auto pneumatic chucks extensively used to clamp varieties of tube materials such as square, round, oval, flat, triangular, L-shaped, and I-beam. It holds the materials extremely tight by chucks of automatic opening and closing ball valves. The cutting tube materials are made up of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.
- The heavily rigid cast iron base maintains accuracy, minimizes vibrations, and solves the shaking or deformation during high-speed processing of material.

Laser Source
