It is the smart choice for edge to edge cutting, opening, contour cutting of round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, oval tubes, L-shaped, ‘U’ shape, ‘I’ shape, and special profile tubes, etc. It has automatic loading and unloading device with a stable feeding system with different types and diameters that saves time and offers more convenient operation, saves labor cost. This machine is especially designed to improvise the accuracy, and ensures precise cutting. The applicable materials for cutting are carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and many other metal materials.

Functions & Features
- The fully automatic loading system works without any human intervention fulfil the purpose for loading the raw materials of 4 tons (that is possible via carrier or forklift) at once and follows the preset cutting program. Also, there is no need for manual blanking of the finished product.
- Auto adjustable square hole pneumatic chuck capable of clamping various tubes types such as square, round, oval, flat, triangular, L-shaped & I-beam, and the failure rate is almost zero. It is designed to maximize feeding accuracy even when clamping the longer pipe and ensures smoothness and cleanliness of the end material edges.
- The laser tube cutting machine fully automatic with an auto-focus laser cutting head is especially designed for a variety of focal lengths. It effectively reduces the processing failure rate for better quality & high-speed cutting operations.
- The nesting software have full control over tubes support devices and chucks etc. It can provide you real-time computing on requirement in automation technology and also reducing material wastage in a good manner.
