Functions & Features
- The hydraulic press brake machine has an O-frame structure of Bystronic's patented technology which has a high capability, better performance under stress and high stability for batch processing to increase productivity. The opening height of the machine is up to 550mm and a cylinder stroke is up to 250 mm.
- The CNC controlled mechanical deflection compensation technology consists of two wedge-shaped modules which are used to compensate the bending deformation of the material and the different bending forces makes by an upper beam. The controller itself calculates the compensation value and adjusts it automatically that eliminating the manual preset adjustment value.
- The Delem DA66T is a touch-sensitive numerical control system that provides flexible product programming, automatic calculation of bending procedures and collision detection functions. It makes the job easier to adjust, control the machine tool by a user-friendly interface. It can manually define the bending sequence and also can automatically set the bending sequence.

4-Axis Rear Positioning System
The 4-axis rear positioning system is called X, R, Z1 and Z2. The X-axis & R-axis can drive the lead screws & linear guides and Z1 & Z2 can drive the rack & pinion gears with a maximum speed of about 600mm/s.
High-frequency Hydraulic System
The high-frequency response V-bend electro-hydraulic proportional servo control system manages the overall operation of the piston rods between two cylinders which can allow throat depth and cost-effective production of simple to complex bending angles that require large bends.
Euro-B Type Upper Mold Clamp
It is equipped with Euro-B molds which fulfill the purpose of a mechanical quick clamp that makes the changing of molds easy & quick and lowers the mold procurement costs.
Single V Bottom Mold
The bottom single v mold provides multiple bending solutions with a 13mm slot width and it gives extra support during the process of bending.
Upper Beam Sliding Track
The double slide rail track design assists for the smoother operation of the upper beam so that the machine tool can operate the workpiece accurately and improve throughput production.
Linear Displacement Sensor
The linear displacement sensor which is installed on the upper beam can give the data displacement of material, eliminate the deformation of a workpiece during the bending process and makes flexible beam operation possible.
