D-SOAR PLUS ultra-high power fiber laser cutting machine is an upgraded version of the D-SOAR series which is specially designed for the fastest traveling speed with better cutting quality. A fully customized control system for flexible operation and intelligent cooling system with dual-temp auto-tracking. D-SOAR Plus series obtains Bystronic technical guidance and strictly followed the European machine tool technology standards. The professional Bystronic team technically tested and experimented with the machine at headquarters and witnessed higher accuracy, better quality, faster speed, and wider cutting range.

Functions & Features
- The Hydraulic lifting table with sensors designed to lift the material parallelly without any inclination, enabled anti-load deflection and reduces the failure rate. The machine table is not so easy to be out of shape because the hydraulic cylinder goes up, the cutting head will not descend Into the machine table when cutting.
- Customized development of operating system dedicated to cutting requirements of ultra-high power fiber laser in complying with D-SOAR PLUS series, the operating system is a high-end intelligent bus system characterized by stable and reliable operation, easy-to-deploy, simple debugging, safe production, enriched functions, excellent performance, etc. Modularization, personalization, automation, informatization programming are fully supported.
- It is designed with a high capacity separate funnel to suck the dust internally and it starts to work automatically when the cutting process occurs and leads to better product & atmosphere quality.
- An automatic double side lateral sliding door with a sensor allows to approach the rear part of the sheet and confirms the protection.

Gantry
D-SOAR PLUS crossbeam is made of aviation aluminum open steel by die casting. It is strictly annealed by the numerical controller at high temperatures so that the equipment is not deformed and the gantry load is reduced. A double digital motor drives the acceleration faster and provides the accuracy higher.
Bus Controlling System
The dedicated high-end intelligent bus controlling system is using to instruct the cutting requirements of materials. It is easy-to-deploy, simple debugging, and for reliable operation.
Fiber Laser Head
Core optical patent (Fiber Cutting Head) has been thoroughly developed and designed, and the technology has been guided by the Swiss Bystronic Group. Focal quality is directly determined by the Series of the optical lens group that amplifies the utilized power of the laser, to optimize beam mode and quality and thus to further extend performance and stability of laser cutting machine
